After alcoholic fermentation at low temperature, it is aged on its own lees in a deposit for a minimum of 10 months, giving the wine volume and unctuousness.
AGEING: 10 months of ageing in deposit on its own lees.
COLOUR: Light yellow, with greenish highlights. Clean and bright.
NOSE: It stands out for its special intensity and elegance. White fruit and citrus aromas, with small herbaceous, mineral, and saline notes.
PALATE: Fresh, with a fine slight sparkle. Long, silky and unctuos finish. The true essence of Atlantic character.

The entire winemaking process is designed to prevent oxidation of the must/wine as soon as it enters the winemaking cellar, thus preserving its full aromatic potential.
Thanks to the system of carbon recovery (Oresteo system), we age it on its own lees using the carbon it has generated during the alcoholic fermentation phase.
