AROMAS: It stands out for its special intensity and elegance. White fruit and citrus aromas, with small herbaceous, mineral, and saline notes
VINIFICACION
Inertys by Bucher and the Oresteo system, to produce high quality wines. The entire winemaking process is designed to prevent oxidation of the must/wine as soon as it enters the winery, thus preserving its full aromatic potential. Thanks to the system of carbon recovery (Oresteo system), we grow it on its own lees using the carbon it has generated during the alcoholic fermentation phase.
