WINEMAKING<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Pre-fermentative maceration during 3 days.<\/p>\n

FERMENTATION<\/strong>: in 1.000 kilo deposits.<\/p>\n

AGEING<\/strong>: 15 months in French oak barrels of 225l and 500l.<\/p>\n

TASTING NOTES<\/strong><\/h4>\n

COLOUR: intense, brilliant and clean ruby red.<\/p>\n

NOSE: Notes of red fruits (such as plum), along with spicy notes. They are complemented by notes of dried, toasted and balsamic fruits provided by barrel ageing. Great finesse and complexity.<\/p>\n

PALATE<\/strong>: Surprising fore palate, fresh and light but well-structured with a good finish.

VINIFICATION<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kilos. The grapes
\nare harvested when they reach the full ripening of skins and sugars.<\/p>\n

After destemming, the grapes are cold macerated for three days before fermentation.<\/p>\n
